Currently, Mel serves full-time as the ASEAN Legal Operations Director at Bayer, where she leads a virtual corporate team dedicated to a full spectrum of operations and innovations.

 Her strategic initiatives not only enhance productivity but also foster a culture of cross border business collaboration and continuous improvement across the region.

Her passion for technology and the geek world has earned her recognition in the legal-tech industry, leading to her role as Local Singapore Director for Transforming.Legal, a tech startup with roots in Germany and the US, now proudly headquartered in Singapore alongside partner Thomas Pfennig.

Additionally, she also heads the CLOC Singapore Chapter, where she hopes to champion coaching and training in digital transformation and process automation for corporate legal teams.
